Audible Treats Video Stream: Knobody "What U Think"

The Video:

The official visual accompaniment to "What U Think," the first single off of Knobody's upcoming LP Tha Clean Up, is the definition of hood. From rapping to front door security cameras to featuring a toddler with enough handle to shake half the And1 Team, the newly-signed Hiero Imperium emcee has left no stone unturned. And, perhaps most importantly, the "What U Think" video offers copious amounts of limelight for the entire community, demonstrating that Knobody isn't too quick to neglect his roots. The video can be viewed on YouTube, Windows Media and Knobody's Imeem page - just another small glimpse to tide us over until the release on September 18th. 

The Background:

Since the age of 16, Knobody has been busy developing his unique blend of rhyme and spoken word (coined as “Rappetry’) to become one of the most recognized young emcees in the Bay Area hip-hop scene.  In 2006, Knobody was signed to Hiero Imperium Records and was announced as the first signing to their new Triple i League – Hiero’s version of a Major League Baseball farm team.  With his already polished lyrical skills, and the business know-how of Hiero behind him, Tha Clean Up aims to do what a clean-up hitter does on a baseball team: smack some balls out of the park.
