The Song:

In late January, SL Jones released his new EP, Trapper's Delight. The tape, produced entirely by M16 and hosted by Hoodrich/Grand Hustle's DJ MLK, has received acclaim across the board, and now, following the release of videos for "Let'm Talk" and "Flexin N Finessin," the Little Rock rapper is releasing a non-DJ version of the EP, including a free bonus track, "All Love." And, Jones is also giving fans an opportunity to support the project with a handful of merch bundles that include limited edition signed CD's and a limited edition snapback collaboration with Last Rights.

While fans can buy the full non-DJ EP via SL Jones' Bandcamp for only $5, SL is also offering a number of other merch bundles. For $10, fans can purchase a signed, limited edition copy of Trapper's Delight; for $15, fans will also receive a signed, limited edition copy of SL Jones' Paraphernalia mixtape, released last year and produced entirely by DJ Burn One. For $35, fans will receive a signed copy of Trapper's Delight along with the Last Rights snapback; and for $40, fans will receive a signed copy of Trapper's Delight, a signed copy of Paraphernalia, and the snapback.

The Background:

With the Rock on his back and a Razorbacks fitted cocked just so on his dome, Little Rock, Arkansas, rapper SL Jones first hit the scene as part of Killer Mike's Grind Time Rap Gang, releasing his now-classic C.O.L.O.R.S. (Bangin' On Wax) mixtape. It wasn't long after that SL knew he had to strike out on his own, and beginning in 2011 he did just that, starting with the release of The Number 23, hosted by Don Cannon. Closing out 2011, SL Jones released his Flight Risk mixtape, and together, the two mixtapes garnered strong reviews from XXL Magazine and Atlanta's leading alternative weekly, Creative Loafing, while earning the young gunner accolades from FADER, Complex, The Source, HipHopDX, The Smoking Section, Nah Right, RCRD LBL, Dirty Glove Bastard, and more, including a sit down with MTV News' Mixtape Daily and a nationally televised "On Deck" feature with MTV2's Sucker Free. In 2012, SL Jones released Paraphernalia, a collaborative effort with producer DJ Burn One that included features from Freddie Gibbs, Rittz, and more. To start 2013, SL Jones released a new EP, Trapper's Delight, produced by M16 and hosted by Hoodrich/Grand Hustle's DJ MLK, which is out now via LiveMixtapes.
