On Thursday, January 29th, Keelay & Zaire, fresh off of being added to rotation on MTV Jams, a show reaching 20 million households, for their video "The Times feat. Blu," will be live and in-person at the legendary Fat Beats New York store. Not just a meet-and-greet, aspiring emcees can come through to freestyle over some dope Keelay & Zaire production, and fans that purchase something from Fat Beats will receive a free Keelay & Zaire EP or t-shirt! The event, starting at 7pm, will also feature appearances from rapper Emilio Rojas and producer Illmind.

It doesn’t stop there. On Saturday, January 31st, fans can also catch Keelay & Zaire spinning a rare East Coast DJ set at Illmind's Blaps, Rhymes & Life Vol. 1 release party. Hosted by Hot97’s Miss Info and located at Grand Banks in Jersey City, NJ, the event will be kicking off at 9pm. Keelay and Zaire drop their full length Ridin High on February 24th and their free teaser EP Prelude to Drive is now available on the freshly launched site for MYX MUSic, MyxMusicLabel.com.

Finally, on Friday January 30 at 10pm, the Metermaids can be found tearing it down at Arlene’s Grocery on the Lower East Side. Following the success of their first full-length, The Metermaids have recently released free mashup EP that combines their debut album Nightlife with Sufjan Stevens' album Illinoise. Entitled Nightlife in Illinoise, it has received strong reviews. Located at 95 Stanton St., the show will also be featuring free PBR from 9-11pm, so get there early and enjoy the show!
