	Two New Visuals Accompany Rap Duo's Latest Single

The Video: Full \|REBEL\| Jacket adds to their impressive collection of vidoes accompanying the duo's debut the REBEL EP, with the release of "Winter [Vignette¹]" and "Winter [Vignette²]". Like the band members' respective styles and roots, the two visuals diamterically oppose one another; the first a sweeping flight across a sprawling, open, desolate desert mountain range and the second set in the claustrophobic structures of an urban cityscape. Band mate Q comments that the videos were inspired "by the lyrics and the feel of the record...our records build up as they progress and the lyrical content...contains two separate 'messages' that make up their own statement," hence the splitting of the track into two separate vignettes. Continuing to assert total creative control over their projects, both videos are directed by The Rebel Collective and represent the tone of Full \|REBEL\| Jacket's new work and their commitment to its authenticity. The band's other half G explains that the two "wanted to make sure we got the look right and feel. The black and white gives a gritty feel while the locations give you that emptiness that winter brings...it allowed us to give you that raw emotion..." Formed in 2009 after a parking lot freestyle revealed that the two differing-skilled rappers had a chemistry, the duo of G, a Dallas, Texas native and rhyme partner Q, an Alaskan transplant, released their first two mixtapes under the name American Negro before reconfiguring themselves as Full \|REBEL\| Jacket during the making of their 2010 Loose Leaf series, a weekly installment of recorded freestyles the two compiled into a release. Packed with a moniker that fit the duo's mysterious aesthetic and inventive voice, Full \|REBEL\| Jacket began work on this year's the REBEL EP, the first project to find G and Q contributing their own beats and instrumentation to each track, and the result is Full \|REBEL\| Jacket's most concise and powerful project yet.
