 It's autumn once again in New York City, and that warm, pumpkin-y scent of The CMJ Music Marathon is in the air. Artists, label execs, college music DJ's, and bloggers from across the nation will descend upon NYC this week, and we here at Audible Treats have been double-dosing our vitamin intake to prepare ourselves for the onslaught of awesome showcases, panels, and parties that are about to occur.
AT will be hosting its own official nighttime showcase, featuring Bad Cop, Western Medicine, Ghost Dance from Nashville-based imprint Jeffery Drag Records, Gowanus, Brooklyn, fuzz rockers Lightouts, and Atlanta shoegaze-psych band Mood Rings from Brooklyn label Mexican Summer, on Friday, October 19th, at Union Pool.
