Today, Audible Treats gets to show you the most recent tracks from our artists in this week’s Hip-Hop Podcast. Starting us off is Funk Volume’s Jarren Benton with “Gimmie The Loot.” Blaring bass, old school record scratching, and insane flow make this song a standout. Next up is Sacramento artist Tynethys, with his trippy new electro-hip-hop track, “Hiyah,” where he dabbles in spacey synths and futuristic loops. Following the west coast cloud rapper, we have Bay Area mob-scene legend J Stalin with “Stay Strapped.” The track is from his forthcoming album, SID (Shining in Darkness) which is due this coming April. After J Stalin we have Chicago rapper Noelz Vedere with his track “Blackout.” Over minimal production and a futuristic beat, Noelz builds and builds energy, releasing it upon listeners through thunderous delivery and compelling lyrics. Lastly, Save Money’s Caleb James closes out our podcast with “Honesty and Loyalty.” Caleb is a big part of the rising wave of Chicago artists finding national success.
