California producer Markis Precise is gearing up for the release of his debut album, The Feeling of Flying, with the glimmering title track featuring Rhymesayers MC Brother Ali. Premiered by Nah Right, “The Feeling of Flying” presents Markis Precise’s wavy production on top of Brother Ali’s poetic, honest rhymes. “I got a hole in my soul where the pain dug, and now I let it overflow when the rain comes,” he raps in the track. Markis’ boom bap drums and infectious guitar mirror the title, giving listeners the feeling of taking off into blue skies as Brother Ali describes the process of transforming suffering into motivation.The Fresno native previously released his first single off the project, “Kiss the Ring,” which features Elzhi and Fashawn.
