A musical prodigy with a devoted fanbase and an ear for diverse beats, Trumbull, Connecticut native Felly has already earned over 52 million SoundCloud plays and attracted more than 63k YouTube subscribers. Last year, at only 20 years-old, Felly headlined a 31-date tour that found him performing at colleges and venues nationwide. In the run-up to Wild Strawberries, Felly shared two music videos: the Highsnobiety-premiered “Bag Season,” which depicted a ramshackle poolside bash, and the psychedelic “Wide Angle,” which found the young rapper traipsing through a dreamlike field of flowers and strawberries as the atmosphere morphed and changed color around him. The Background:

Born and raised in Trumbull, Connecticut, Christian Felner aka Felly grew up immersed in hip-hop music. Using passion as his guide, Felly taught himself how to make beats on a laptop in his parent’s basement. The aspiring rapper began to make a name for himself as a producer by selling said beats on YouTube. After relocating to Los Angeles, the rapper released two solo projects Waking Up to Sirens and Milk and Sugar. The projects featured Dreamville signee Ari Lennox and frequent collaborator, GYYPS. As his music caught more attention, Felly began working with more talented producers resulting in the release of his mixtape This Shit Comes in Waves. The mixtape’s success resulted in a 31+ city headlining tour and a SXSW appearance. Recently, Felly has relocated to New York City, where he prepared for the release of Wild Strawberries which came out in August 2017.
