Originally formed in 2010 in Seattle, Washington, under the name "Sugar Water Purple", AdraBoo and Action Jackson quickly disbanded the name once they discovered that it already existed, which ultimately gave birth to Fly Moon Royalty. Having opened up for Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings and Allen Stone, and drawing comparisons to artists like Janelle Monáe and Gnarls Barkley, the electro-soul duo is prepared to introduce themselves to the world with their self-titled debut album, Fly Moon Royalty, available now via Sportn Life Records. Following the release of Fly Moon Royalty, the Seattle duo will release their new EP, Dimensions, on May 22nd.
