There is a saying that opposites attract. Dinner At The Thompsons' exist by this rule. She, Lucille Tee, is a New York-born, California-raised singer whose sweet, smoky vocals pull from jazz, soul, and spoken word. He, Fablive, is a France-based producer and multi-instrumentalist, whose influences pull from hip-hop, funk, and electro. Together, their sound is an eclectic blend that will be on display on the duo's sophomore LP, Off The Grid. Released in Europe last fall to high acclaim, the album just saw its stateside release on May 17, 2011 on Earth At Work Records and distributed by Fat Beats.
